Your system is undercharged. Get the full 34-36 oz in. I hope you have
the correct charge of oil in. If the service valve leaks get a metal
cap or change the core. You will probably have to adjust the cycling
switch on the accumulater to get it to cycle. If the dryer was not new
and sealed you should have pulled a harder vacuum for a longer time.
