[DML] Blowing dr light fuse + odd signal?

My Delo keeps on blowing the fuse for the door lights, hood light etc-
fuse 12 I believe- and I don't know why. It only happens when I am
driving the car. When the engine is off and its just sitting the fuse
is just fine. Also, whenever I put the turn signal left, the lights
flash and relay ticks extremely fast-like it would when a bulb is out.
When I signal right, it ticks and flashes at a normal speed. I
verified that I don't have any bulbs out, they both just flash fast.
To even further confuse me, like all other problems I have with my
Delo-it happens one day AND ITS FINE THE NEXT!...any thoughts on these
