Michael, Sorry I forgot to mention in the last post, the correct pressure for the cap is 15Lb's. A lot of people put in a 16 because they can't fine a 15. I do have them but it won't have anything to do with the turning on and off problem. The system never cools past the first mark in order for the otterstat to turn them off. It will stay at this point for hours and never overheat it just never gets cooler and the fans saty on.
