[DML] Concours Judging: Key Code Tag

A small thing, but still...

Shouldn't the key code tag be a part of the Concours Judging?

The key code tag was supplied with the two original keys that came 
with the car. For those of you that don't know, the tag is a little 
metal piece with a 4 digit number on it. It doesn't correspond to the 
VIN, it's a totally different number. On some cars, this 4 digit can 
be found on a round, small sticker on the underside of the 
ignition/steering column box.
