Delorean values

Looking up the retail values on a 1981 Delorean on the NADA retail 
guides on the internet,this is what I found the values to be,check 
out the part that says about the 30% premium!! I guess they favor the 
DMC of Texas over D1's refurbished cars.I must say they are doing 
pretty good value wise.
