Should I bother trying to sand-blast?-or just go ahead and cut all the
rust away...? See also my problem is that since the frame is designed
with hollow sections inside of each rail-such as on the double "Y"
parts, it is impossible to see what is going on inside. I will never
know where the rust is forming unless its on the outside of the rail.
