[DML] The battle:Frame rust

It seems no matter how many times I fix my frame-the area I fix will
start to rust again in no time. I've used numerous primers, paints,
rust converters (which are a joke), undercoatings, I've even seen
spray epoxy but have not yet tried that stuff (I guess how it failed
initially on the DeLorean frame keeps me from trying it). Does anybody
know the best way to preserve the bare metal and keep it from rusting
for a legnth of years instead of a legnth of weeks? Perhaps the DWC can
help me in this area?
