[DML] Re: Testing Fuel Pump; Out of vehicle

I hooked up the fuel pump to the battery and I don't hear anything; 
like the pump is not running The only thing it does is give a slight 
movement when you first turn it on like it is trying to run but 
won't. Could this possibly be a bad pump?
