Since the threads are sill good and there should be plenty of metal behind the threads, I would find a easy out or make one or a tool and soak lie the others said with WD40 and then heat the engine up as much as you can to make it looser. Then try to unscrew it. I to have never seen this. Then we will know who has a tool.
