Front or rear, the toe is responsible for most all adnormal tire wear patterns on a D unless it has been lowered, damaged, crashed, etc. My guess is your front wheels look like your first diagram - from the top - down being vehicle forward travel. That is, toe-out. The typical stock D front-end rests above the recommended 5.5 inches height for alignment so I would suspect the actual readings of the camber are positive or \\ // from the front. Putting some weight in the trunk to lower the front-end to the correct height should bring the readings closer or into spec or || ||. At least you will know what they are even though you cannot adjust the camber or caster - according to the manual.
