It sounds like you are not developing enough fuel pressure. Go inside
the fuel tank and see if the fuel pick-up hose is collapsing or if it
is kinked or maybe it is split. If the fuel pump is not getting enough
fuel or if it sucks air you will not have enough fuel pressure. This
sort of problem is usually made worse when the fuel tank is not full,
the lower level of fuel makes the pump work harder and if there is a
hole in the hose it is covered by fuel until it gets low.
