Has anyone ever actually gotten a Volvo dealership to work on their DeLorean, or is this just another piece of community lore with no basis in reality?

I have owned Volvos for about 30 years and have a good relationship with the local Volvo dealer. A couple of years ago I drove my D over there to pick up my Volvo and when I came out to the parking lot there was a big puddle of coolant all around my D. A couple of their mechanics at that time had experience with the PRV engine and they succeeded in replacing the short coolant hose that had busted. I tried to get them to do some other minor work on the D, but the dealership was not interested. One of the mechanics told me privately that if I drove the D to his home he would do the work. Nothing came out of it and the offer is probably still open -- but I doubt that the guy remember what he once knew!
I would certainly hesitate to bring my D there today at todays shop rates -- to have a mechanic relearn what he once knew!
