I had a similar problem with the fuse for the instrument cluster
lights. The fuse kept popping and later I found out I was loosing my
rear lights as well. A few days layer I noticed the license plate
lights were missing and the wires that were supposed to connect to the
lights were touching. I simply seperated the wires and things were
fine. You may have some wires crossed somewhere.
On another note, I had no idea these ancient cars had a diagnostic
plug. Where is it and what can I do with it?
