Correct, his insurance paid because he was honest enough to come inside  
and tell me that it happened. (Maybe the fact that there were witnesses  
helped, too.)  Otherwise it would have been on my insurance. Somehow  I misstated 
the case. I stand corrected!  I should have said: My  not-real-cheap 
coverage will cover that type of accident. (Driving it to  work.) My son's super 
cheap coverage for his '55 Chevy specifically says they  will not. At this 
point... it was several years ago.. come to think of it,  don't recall what 
role State Farm played in that. My daughter was  "T boned" in a different car 
about the same time and I seem to be having a  bout of "old-timers disease." 
 Seems to me State Farm paid us for the  "totalling" of that car, then 
subrogated it, as David, said to collect from  the other company.
