I use Grundy Worldwide for my DeLorean and my 1979 Maserati 4Porte. also by Giugiaro.
My 2000 Dakota is my daily driver. So I too am a gluten for punishment!

I have a Subaru SVX. I often joke that it's easier to get parts for my DeLorean than my Subaru. While it's a fantastic car and was also designed by Giugiaro (it even has toll-booth windows), Subaru has discontinued support for the cars and the dealers won't touch it (around here anyway). And I also have a Dodge truck, so I really am a sucker for automotive punishment.
If your car is NOT a daily driver, get it appraised and insure it for an agreed value.

Hey Andy! I also keep the Subaru for a main driver. Thought I was the
only freak who STILL drives and LOVES my Subaru's. I KNOW I'm a bit off. A
Delorean, A Lotus Esprit, An XT6, and two Dodge trucks. GREAT to hear
  someone else has weird cars.
