[DML] Driver: San Francisco

A buddy of mine recently saw a demo for a new Driver video game coming out for the PS3....he said there was a DeLorean in it!!  Anybody know if it is an officially licensed replica of the car, or just a knockoff imitation like so many videogame makers do?
