Not correct - the original bolt is not up to the forces applied on it 
through the specificed torque and dynamic loading under normal useage.
My first DeLorean: 2353 miles, one loose bolt - and when they appear to 
be loose, it's not because the nut has come undone, but because the bolt 
has stretched.
