[DML] Relay making noise/vibrating how to replace

In the electrical compartment behind the passenger seat there is 2 rows 
of relays. On the top row the relay all the way to the right (mine is 
green with a green plastic cover over it) has started vibrating and 
buzzing like crazy. It's driving me nuts. What is this relay and where 
can I buy a replacement? Online anywhere? I replaced the other relays 
but they are just normal flat square ones I bought at Pep Boys.  This 
green relay I'm not sure what part it is.
