Done, I fiberglassed both this weeked after I determine they were in 
fact the culprit holes.  Didn't know about the cracks, but I think 
I'm OK.  I didn't see much water damage, but did see that the driver
s side had leaked from the water marks.  I've at least taken care of 
the major source of leaks.
