[DML] New DeLorean?

All,

There's an auction for a "new" Delorean on ebay.  The ad claims that it 
is a new car built in 2006 as a 2007 model.  I had never heard anything 
previously about new build cars until the annoucement late last year by 
DMCH about making them custom order in 2008.  Is this guy just scamming 
or did DMCH make a few new cars?  I asked the guy because the pictures 
of the door sill plate still have Oct 81 dates and I thought the new 
ones were going to have new plates with the new build dates.  His
