Funny. When I read that message at home on my Mac, I didn't see any  
gibberish. Even your message said " "I keep seeing "" " just quotes, no  letters
When I opened it on my PC, I see what you see. Must have been written on a  
Mac. I had the same problem recently. Needs a different setting on the word  
proc.
