[DML] Re: Frame Rust - accessing areas from beneath.

The smart-aleck answer is " Any way you can"! In fact in some spots
the way you paint it is, after cracking off as much of the loose epoxy
as you can, you dip a rag in some paint and then poke it into the
space you want to paint!
