[DML] startup video

Hi, gang!

I created a video of #2613 starting up and settling into idle (in 
"Park"). Is this normal behaviour? I'm told it is, but it seems to take 
a long while.

By the way, the car had not been driven for over 12 hours so the engine 
was good and cold.
