I have never seen a brochure or statement from DeLorean that claims a full  
leather interior.  The wildest claim I have ever seen is 'leather  seats' which 
isn't really a lie either.  It appears the window stickers and  dealer 
brochures side-step the issue, so I have no idea where you come up with  this idea.  
Also, to compare a D to a RR is silly.  A 1980 Silver  Shadow had an MSRP of 
about $65,000 and the D was supposed to be $12,000.
 
IMHO, if anyone said it was a full leather interior, it was an over-zealous  
salesman, and not DMC.
