RELAX! Where in is his two posts did he ever mention your stuff 
doesn't work? He said in his first one that he spent a lot of money 
with you so you should help him out, which is true. He gave an 
opinion but never said "John's stuff doesn't work"

Yes you should start selling fire extinguishers again, just not for 
that reason.
