Mike,
The seat belt switch runs to ground, the important wire is 
purple/black and connects to the buzzer box under the dash. The wire 
actually is part of a 6-way wite plug that connects to the buzzer box 
pin 3 and then routes through pin 4 to the belt light in the dash 
(plug wire color is yellow/purple).
