They do have the original drill rig.  The bearing is damaged but that can be
fixed.

  Ok,So if DMCH is going to make new Black Bodies(new Deloreans),do they
  also have/own the special fixtures to drill the infamous rivit hole
  locations(that we all grew to hate) and install the rivitnuts,this
  requires special fixtures to either be retooled(if they do not have
  them)as they need to be drilled and attached in the exact position on
  the black body in relation to the panel attachment points,otherwise
  none of the panels will be attached correctly,and will be off location,
  and
  will make the new delorean look cobbled up.
