[DML] Remanufactured car...

I am under the delusion that when one purchases a remanufactured car,
it has a warrantee, and that the car has been put together with no
previously used parts, (think electrical harness). The car has not
been through a flood, or sitting in the desert for a few seasons, or
exposed to anything corrosive like road salt. The main downside of
purchasing from a private party I often hear mentioned in this forum
is the PO (previous owner) issues where a fix was not really a fix
but it did ok while it lasted (it's not a flaw, it's a feature).
Is the premium worth it? Depends if the new owner enjoys working on
the DeLorean or driving one.
Disclaimer: I do not fix, sell, or even drive one (yet).
