I spoke with James E. about this as I'm on the waiting list for a 
refurb'd Delorean in Feb. 2008 (or thereabouts). I was tol a SS frame 
might be available by Feb. but it ads $10K-$15K to the price, 
something I can't afford. I decided to have a standard powder-coated 
frame instead of a SS replacement. Eventually all frames will be SS, 
I think. I just wonder if they're going to get the door-lift torsion 
bar made by a third party...
