You may have knocked off a wire going to the resistor block. Check the pink/yellow wire which should be on term # 2 Refer to N:08:04 and N:10:13. K/Y = Pink/Yellow. It could also be the terminal # 2 is corroded so you are not making contact with the resistor. Get out your meter and start checking for voltage and continuity on the K/Y circuit from the relay into the resistor. Also recheck that the connector under the 3rd speed relay did not fall back into the block and is not making contact with the relay terminal. You should hear the #3 relay click when you turn the fan speed switch. If it doesn't than you have to see if the fan switch is bad or you knocked the K/G (Pink/Green) wire off of the fan switch.
