If you still have the OEM circuit breaker for the fan installed  - 
replace it. That will probably fix the issue. The original OEM CB's, 
over time, build up resistence in the connections or the connections 
loosen (they have a funky pressed connection) and create too much 
heat thereby causing them to trip early.
