Rodney,
     Contact me offline.  I am doing a 3.8L Series II GM engine swap.
 The bolt pattern on that engine is identical to the Northstar as far
as I know.  If we can verify that, my bellhousing will work for you as
well if you are going to keep the DeLorean transmission.
