[DML] What Kind/Size of Wipers are Good?

Hey Guys,
   
  I need help.  What size wiper blades fit our cars and how do I get the old ones off?  
   
  It looks like I need to pop out that little tab then the old blades simply unclip and unhook from the arm, but I don't know how to get that tab out!  I don't want to break anything so I'd rather ask someone for tips before tackling it myself.
