[DML] Re: Clutch Disk / wierd variations

That's not all that unusual - the original dealers were plenty 
willing to swap easily-changed parts around among cars on the sales 
lot (i.e. hoods, wheels, radios, etc.) to make a sale. (For example - 
customer wants a particular interior and does/doesn't like dark 
wheels.) 
But I sure can't imagine arbitrarily swapping a trans. 10-spline 
transmissions in late cars are more likely due to using up old parts 
at the factory, or some prior owner/dealer putting in a used one.
