[DML] Fall Tours, Fall Foliage Tours and Personalities

It appears that there are some political differences being worked out between
some DeLorean clubs in the east that is beginning to spill over onto the 
DML.  Please work out your differences in private, off the list.  The DML 
is not the place to air these issues.  

The DML is happy to post a reasonable number of event notices and 
summaries, as long as they stick to the facts of the events.
