Nathan, I know what you mean and it isn't very often I see them idle fast
and then taper off. Normally it's fast for a few seconds and then drops to
normal. Read page 81 of the technical manual for the best information.

Subject: [DML] Cold idle?
Hello everyone,
I was reading the AC/idle post and read that the idle on the delorean
is supposed to be faster when the engine is cold. My car does NOT do
this. What RPM is the engine supposed to idle at while cold and what
would cause the idle circut to fail to do this?
