[DML] Project car anyone?

For anyone looking for a project car, my classifieds scraping alerted  
me to this one in Lexington, KY:

Which I assume is the same as this one on Ebay, simply because while  
possible, having two DeLoreans for sale at the same time in  
Lexington, KY sounds pretty strange to me:

Assuming it is the same vehicle, I'm not quite sure what the seller  
means by "good condition" in the newspaper ad, but if you're looking  
for a project car, perhaps you'd want to consider dealing directly  
with the seller as opposed to through Ebay... I'm on the lookout for  
an automatic, so this one is out of the question for me.
