Mike, If you don't have voltage on one side of the circuit breaker or the other, you won't have it anywhere down line. The circuit breaker may be defective. I didn't think the new battery could have caused the problem but last night I would have believed anything. I did everything below with the ignition key turned on: I jumpered out the otterstat wires, no fans. I turned on the a/c and the compressor works, so the common diode can't be the problem. I jumpered out the 35amp circuit breaker for the fans, nothing. I checked the voltages on the fan fail module base with the ignition key on and no voltage!
