[DML] Power surge - Lock problem

I need some help.  
I am having a problem with, I think, the locks on my DeLorean.  It's 
almost like there is a power surge going through the car every couple 
of minutes and it's wearing the battery down.  The car won't start 
this morning it wore it all the way down last night.  

There is a little clicking sound and if you look at the volts for the 
battery they flicker this lasts for about 3 seconds and you hear that 
clicking sound again noting the end of the surge.  Now if I try and 
lock my car by the driver side it will only lock that door.

Any one have any advice or have the same problem before we start 
digging?
