Too late, Dave.  I already ripped out the evaporator,and already 
received the new one.  I will start reassembling the heater/AC box 
and dash vents, console, etc. tomorrow.  Thanks for the tip on the 
repair kit, though.  I think it would have been a little tight to use 
that, as there's not much room for tools near the firewall where the 
hole is.
