You'll never fix it, it's just one of those "Delorean things".  If a 
Delorean has an A/C problem of any sort, it is not the A/C system 
that's the problem, it is the Karma of the car, forces beyond our 
understanding.  You can replace every single system and part related to 
the A/C, and you'll still have the same problem.  You could totally 
rebuild the entire car from scratch, and it will still have the same 
A/C problem.  Just buy good deodorant and drive the most when it is 
cool outside.
