Paul,
   
  Pull back the rubber around the lens and carefully remove the lens one corner at a time.  Usually one corner of the rubber has a slit in it.  It is easiest to start at this corner.  You may want to use a small screwdriver to assist in removing the lens, however be careful not to scratch the lens.
