I had Delorean Motor Center check and adjust the mixture and timing 
so I know its not that. I plan on installing:

New O2 sensor
New cap and rotor
New plugs and wires
New Cat

Asside from all of this I cant think of what else the problem might 
be. The car is WAY overdue for a tuneup. Hopefully that is the 
primary issue.
