I respectfully disagree in this case.  If we were discussing any other
performance improvement, it would be prudent to cover all of 
the potential downsides of the modification - increased HP at
a reduced reliability, for example, or increased tire wear due
to a suspension change.  This allows the owner to weigh the risk 
of the improvement against the downsides.  Legal ramifications are 
also risks and should be discussed.
