One of the very interesting benefits of my BTTF conversion is that the 
engine compartment stay really cool.

The exhaust fins are center over the headers with hole in the engine 
cover so air will be sucked out the fins and vent the hot air in the 
engine compartment.

These work EXTREMELY well, the engine compartment, even on hot days 
does not get over 120 °F.

You can sit at idle and watch the hot air come out the top of the fins.

I not saying you should add BTTF fins to your car, but.......
