I'm sure there are plenty of references in the archives, but the one that comes to mind first was an article James wrote in the first issue of the Zine. If memory serves me, it was $400 a day and that was quite a few years ago. If the event is local (no significant driving or transport cost) and you are doing it to promote the DeLorean as much as for the PR of the event, I would say a reasonable base price is $500/day. Note: Most museums can ask in excess of $2000 a day for displays. When I do events with my vehicles, I try to at least cover all my transport costs and costs of print DMC info flyers to hand out, however, when there is TV coverage, etc., I usually reduce the price significantly if I can get some DeLorean info broadcast.
