[DML] Fanzilla Clone?

I stumbled across this on eBay...looks like it acts similar to
Hervey's Fan Fail Fix 2x2, yet it has a 2 second delay ala Fanzilla. 
Anyone have one of these?

No, this is not my auction or that of anyone I know.  Just looked
interesting, but I'd rather have a real fanzilla.
