[DML] Engine Timing

I reached the phase of refitting my timing chains. However, I once heard the 
instructions in the Shop Manual (Yes, I finally have one) were not written 
correctly. Can anyone elaborate on this. I've gotten so far now. I'd hate to 
blow up the engine when I try starting it next week.
