I would hope that someone from the club answers in an "official" copacity 
however in my previous membership realtionship with the DOA I had a card, 
window sticker and the useual membership propaganda you get from every 
oraganization. I would think that this has not changed and assume that they 
are being prepared.
Patience is a virtue most on this list have not embraced.
