This story I will not forget.. When I restored my Delorean and had the underplate powder coated I drove the car for several weeks without the cover in place... I remember the belly bulging down when the tank was full but I can count my blessings. It never fell out. Thank you for that story and to all who didn't know, a lesson well learned. I might have done it again sometime.
